What classes are offered?

Fit2Serve offers a variety of uplifting workouts, including REFIT®, REV+FLOW, themed classes, specialty upper and lower body toning, worship workouts, and modifications for those returning from injury or needing a lower-impact option.

How do I access classes?

You’ll receive a link for each live workout, plus an invitation to join our private Facebook group where Nichelle shares bonus sessions, extra encouragement, helpful tips, and more!

How do payments work?

Payments are processed via our secure online payment form.

Are the workouts beginner friendly?

Absolutely! Fit2Serve is designed for every body. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking for options that fit your current ability level, you’ll find a welcoming space with plenty of modifications.

Do I need any equipment?

Most workouts require little to no equipment. A yoga mat is recommended for floor-based classes, and light weights (1–3 lbs or similar) may be suggested for certain workouts like REV+FLOW or toning sessions—but modifications are always offered.

Fit2Serve primarily offers live virtual workouts, giving you the opportunity to move in real time and be part of the community. Bonus sessions or additional content may also be shared inside the private Facebook group. Tuesday & Thursday classes are IN PERSON in Indianapolis, IN
