FIT2SERVE is a monthly virtual fitness experience created for women who want to prioritize their health, build consistency, and move their bodies in a way that feels empowering, uplifting, and sustainable. Online classes are led by Nichelle Miller, a certified REFIT® and REV+FLOW instructor.  This program offers dynamic online classes designed to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

Whether you are just getting started, returning after a break, or looking for a supportive community to help you stay motivated, FIT2SERVE provides a flexible and encouraging space to help you grow stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Accèss to all virtual classes for the month.

Live Virtual Workouts & Community Support
Enjoy online classes ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour,  offered multiple times each week to support a variety of schedules and lifestyles. Each class is designed to help you move with purpose while making fitness feel accessible and enjoyable.  Surprise bonus workouts will be added as well.

Signature Weekly Themes
Keep your routine fresh and exciting with themed classes throughout the week, including:

  • Move it Monday – 45-60 minute high energy dance workout

  • Wednesday Midday Move on Purpose-REV+FLOW

    • 30-45 minute mid day workout to release the stress of the day

  • Freestyle Friday – A high-energy dance fitness celebration or toning workout to release stress and welcome the weekend

    •  (30-45 minute workout)

  • REV+FLOW-A low impact, high intensity class focusing on your mobility, strength and toning aspects.  Mat and weights 1-3 pounds are recommended (weights are optional)

Multiple Class Formats
Choose from a variety of workouts that support your goals and meet you at your current level, including:

  • REFIT® – Cardio-focused fitness that feels like a dance party, combining powerful movement with positive music

  • REV+FLOW – A low-impact format focused on strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and functional movement

  • Specialty Classes – Additional classes and focused sessions designed to support specific goals, needs, or seasons of life
